PRICING

1 Week Session: $225.00 for the first enrolled session, per child

Additional Sessions: $197.00 per week, per child

Full Summer Camp (10 weeks):

$1775 for the first sibling

$1675 per child each additional sibling

**Please note the sibling discount is for the entire summer only.

Drop off and pick up campers at Badger Gymnastics Academy West located at 6901 Schroeder Road. Drop off time is between 8:00 - 8:30am, and pick up time is 3:30pm.

Extended Child Care Hours:

Morning: 7:00am to 8:30am

Evening: 3:30pm 6:00pm

Pricing: $6.00/hour for first child, plus $4.00/hour for each additional sibling.

Payments: All payments are due in full at the time of registration. If attending multiple sessions, payment in full is due for the first session you are attending. Payment for additional sessions is due 2 weeks prior to the start of the next session you have registered for. It is the policy of Swim & Gym All Sports Camp to keep a credit card number on file for all families that choose not to pay for multiple sessions upon registration. If you pay with a check, please also provide us with a back-up credit card number.

Enrollment: To enroll, you may:

Come in and fill out a form and pay at the Front Desk.
Complete the forms (found on the Important Forms page) and mail them along with payment to the following address: SwimWest, 1001 Deming Way, Madison, WI 53717

Vacations: The camp is designed around a one-week cycle. If you are scheduled to take a vacation, please do not sign up for a session that will conflict with your plans. We do not prorate sessions or offer make-ups for missed days of camp.

Cancellations: The office must be notified two weeks prior to the commencement of a session. Swim & Gym All Sports Camp will refund payment, less the $50.00 non-refundable registration fee.

No Refunds - No Make-Ups: We do not issue refunds for missed days or partial weeks. Our staff is here for you everyday, so please do your best to attend.
