Swim&Gym Daily Schedule Monday – Thursday
Schedule is tentative and will be influenced by weekly themes, field trips that land in the middle of the week, (Mallards Game) or rain days.
8:00 Arrive at Badger Gymnastics and check in
8:30 Morning teambuilding exercises to welcome campers
8:45 Group splits by age, and half are bussed to SwimWest and the other half remain at Badger Gymnastics
5 - 8 year olds
8:45 Bussed to SwimWest
9:00 Introduced to individual sport skills(s) of the day: (ie: basketball, tennis and volleyball, field hockey)
10:00 Nutritious snack break
10:15 Introduced to sports and activities in a game setting
11:00 Everyone has a swim lesson
12:00 Lunch
12:45 Back on the bus to Badger Gymnastics
1:00 Everyone has a gymnastics lesson
2:00 Nutritious snack break
2:15 Hike to the park for team sport activities: (ie: capture the flag, soccer, baseball, ultimate Frisbee)
3:15 Head back to Badger Gymnastics
3:30 End of the day good byes and sign out
9 - 13 year olds
8:45 Stay at Badger Gymnastics and has a Gymnastic lesson
9:45 Nutritious snack break
10:00 Hike to the park for team sport activities: (ie: capture the flag, soccer, baseball, ultimate Frisbee)
11:00 Head back to Badger Gymnastics
11:15 Bus to SwimWest
11:30 Everyone has a swim lesson
12:30 Lunch
1:15 Introduced to individual sport skills(s) of the day: (ie: basketball, tennis and Volleyball, field hockey)
2:00 Nutritious snack break
2:15 Introduced to sports and activities in a game setting
3:15 Bus back to Badger Gymnastics
3:30 End of the day good byes and sign out
