Swim&Gym Summer Camp continues to closely monitor and adhere to the mandates of the local and federal officials, government policy changes, mandates and public health advancements and will continue to make changes as necessary or appropriate to our procedures and protocols.

We send our wishes for safety, health and well-being of you and your loved ones.

Love and Blessings from our Swim&Gym family to yours.

As of 4/16/2020 the governor’s office issued an extended Stay Safer at Home Order that now is in place through May 26th. At Swim&Gym Summer Camp, we take your health and safety very seriously. Our Management Team has come together to reassess our strategies to promote and protect the health of our campers and staff.

We are working with our local Health Department and the American Camp Association in monitoring the guidance of The Centers for Disease Control (CDC) to verify best practices in preventing exposure and transmission of this illness.

As you prepare for your time at Swim&Gym Summer Camp there are things that you can do to help limit the risk of exposure. Simple basic hygiene as recommended by the CDC is the best defense. Swim&Gym Summer Camp is taking extra precautions to further reduce the chance of exposure:

  1. Staff who are showing signs of illness will be sent home and we will be following CDC guidelines for returning to work.

  2. Asking participants who may be showing signs of illness to stay home.

  3. Increasing intentional hand-washing breaks into our programming.

  4. Adding additional cleaning supplies and custodial service to our common spaces.

  5. Modifying team building activities and are encouraging smiles and head nods instead of high fives, handshakes etc.

  6. Updating screening protocols prior to attendance to Camp.

  7. Leadership meeting regularly to monitor and discuss new developments and implement new best practices as necessary. While information regarding the COVID-19 coronavirus continues to evolve, we recognize that these precautions may need to be updated over time.

We deeply appreciate your understanding as Swim&Gym Summer Camp navigates these challenging and unprecedented circumstances. We are all operating in unknown territory right now and are working as quickly as we can to support you and keep you updated.

In the meantime, please keep checking our social media outlets and website to receive the most up to date information as we will post any changes to our operating procedures if things change.    At this time, you can expect an email prior to your child’s attendance for FAQ’s and also call or email us with any questions you may have.

Love and Blessings from our Swim&Gym Family to yours,

Swim&Gym Summer Camp
