Swim&Gym Summer Camp Fees

Registration Inclusions: Our comprehensive camp fees cover all field trips, special guests, camp t-shirts, 3 swim lessons at SwimWest Swim School, open swim, and daily snacks. However, lunch is not provided, so we recommend bringing a self-cooled lunch along with a water bottle each day.

For your convenience, our camp schedule accommodates extended morning care starting at 7:30 am, with regular camp drop-off beginning at 8 am. Engaging group activities run from 8:30 am to 3:00 pm, followed by pick-up from 3:00 pm to 3:30 pm. Extended afternoon care is available from 3:30 pm to 5:30 pm.

To ensure a smooth operation, we kindly request that all campers be picked up no later than 3:30 pm. In the event a camper remains in our care after this time, they will be automatically enrolled in Aftercare, with associated costs borne by the family.  Explore a sample schedule for more details.

Payment for the first week, along with family registration fees, is due upon registration. If necessary, a customized payment plan can be arranged through our online booking program to align with your financial preferences. All camp fees must be settled in full before June 1. It’s crucial to select your committed weeks carefully during booking, as cancellations incur a fee.

Registration for 2024 opens on January 15, 2024, at noon. Should you have any questions, feel free to reach out to us. We regularly check the registration waitlist, and once a spot becomes available, we will promptly contact you to confirm your continued interest.

Extended Care (Before and Aftercare)

Available Hours & Fees
Extended care is the time we supervise your child(ren) before camp starts or after.  Extended care hours are from 7:30 am – 8:00 am and from 3:30 pm – 5:30 pm.  This service costs $13.00 per hour and is offered mornings from 7:30 – 8:00 am and evenings from 3:30 – 5:30 pm. Fees are rounded to the nearest quarter hour and charged promptly at 3:30 pm. Any campers still in the care of Swim&Gym after 3:30 will be enrolled in Aftercare at the expense of the family.  If children are not picked up promptly at 5:30 pm, the charge will be $10 for every 10 minutes you are late.

 Vacations and Cancellations

Vacations: The camp operates on a one-week cycle, and we kindly request that participants align their session choices with their scheduled vacations. Regrettably, we do not offer prorated sessions or makeup days for any missed camp days. It’s important to note that camp will not be held on July 4 or 5; however, the week will be prorated for three days (July 1-3).

Cancellations: For cancellations made before May 1, 2024, a refund will be issued, subject to a $50 cancellation fee per camp week, plus the $40 yearly registration fee. Cancellations after May 1 will incur a charge of half the week’s fee, along with the $40 yearly registration fee. No refunds will be provided for cancellations within 30 days of the camp week, or early departures due to disciplinary reasons or parental requests.

Refunds will be processed for the remaining balance of fees if a camper is unable to attend due to injury or illness, provided notification is given before the camp starts. However, individual missed days due to injury or illness once the booked week has commenced will not be refunded.

FULL SUMMER Registration: Swim&Gym, LLC offers a limited number of summer registration slots. We emphasize the importance of commitment from families intending to enroll for the entire eleven-week summer program. Given the high demand for our services, it is imperative to note that full summer registrations are non-refundable once a spot has been secured. However, in cases of emergencies, we are committed to providing suitable solutions. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in ensuring a fair and efficient registration process for all families involved.
