If you have already added your name to the waitlist under the weeks that you are seeking. We will reach out to you as your waitlist request becomes available.
All forms are online and are state-licensed camp forms that must be filled out by May 1, 2023. These forms are important for our counselors to learn more about your camper and are required in our state license paperwork.
Once you register online for your desired weeks, we will send a confirmation and welcome email along with a registration receipt. Below are a few tips to help you get started.
- If paying in full by check, please make it out to Swim&Gym; only one is needed for multiple campers or weeks.
- If you are paying in installments for multiple weeks, your credit card on file will be needed.
- Online state forms must be submitted by May 1, 2023.
- Swim&Gym will honor up to two friend requests. Please indicate requests for friends to be in the same group on the registration form. (Please note that friend requests will only be honored if both campers are in the same age group and program, and independently register for the same session before it fills.)
- Extended Care for before and aftercare is charged separately on a weekly basis depending on each family’s needs. Extended child care hours: 7:30 am to 5:30 pm
Registration Forms and Fees
- All state-certified forms are online and need to be filled out to ensure each child’s safety and well-being. Your camper(s) will not be able to attend camp if we do not complete the state-required forms. The counselor for your child will review all paperwork to get familiar with your child before they arrive. Please fill out all required forms by May 1, 2023.
- We will refund camp cancellations up to May 1, 2023. If canceling any week after May 1, you will be charged half for that week, unless the cancellation is less than 30 days before your camp week, in which there will be no refund. If a camper leaves early due to disciplinary reasons or parent requests, no refund will be given. The balance of fees paid will be refunded if a camper cannot attend due to injury or illness with a notification prior to the start of camp. Individual missed days due to injury or illness once your booked week has begun will not be refunded.
