Registration for the year 2024 is currently full.  Please register for the waitlist for the weeks that you are interested in, and we will contact you when an opening comes up.  Family schedules do change throughout the summer, and we will contact the next in line for the weeks as soon as an opening appears.

All forms, crucial for our state license compliance, are available online. Please take a moment to update these forms, including your payment information, as they provide essential insights for our counselors to better understand and cater to your camper’s needs.

Upon successful online registration for your preferred weeks, you can anticipate receiving a confirmation and welcome email, accompanied by a registration receipt. To assist you in this process, here are a few key tips:

  1. If you’re opting for multiple weeks with installment payments, ensure your credit card on file is up-to-date.
  2. Submission of online state forms is required by May 1, 2024.
  3. Swim&Gym is pleased to accommodate up to two friend requests. Simply specify your friend preferences on the registration form. (Please note that friend requests are contingent upon both campers being in the same age group and program, and independently registering for the same session before reaching capacity.)
  4. Extended Care for before and aftercare is billed separately on a weekly basis, tailored to each family’s specific needs. Extended child care hours are available from 7:30 am to 5:30 pm.

Registration Forms and Fees

  • All state-certified forms are available online and must be completed to prioritize the safety and well-being of each child. Attendance at camp is contingent upon the completion of these state-required forms; failure to do so will preclude your camper(s) from participating.Our dedicated counselors diligently review all submitted paperwork to familiarize themselves with each child before their arrival. To facilitate this process, we kindly request that all mandatory forms be completed by May 1, 2024. Your cooperation ensures a seamless and secure camp experience for all participants.
  • For cancellations made before May 1, 2024, a refund will be issued, subject to a $50 cancellation fee per camp week, plus the $40 yearly registration fee. Cancellations after May 1 will incur a charge of half the week’s fee, along with the $40 yearly registration fee. No refunds will be provided for cancellations within 30 days of the camp week, or early departures due to disciplinary reasons or parental requests.Refunds will be processed for the remaining balance of fees if a camper is unable to attend due to injury or illness, provided notification is given before the camp starts. However, individual missed days due to injury or illness once the booked week has commenced will not be refunded.
  • FULL SUMMER Registration: Swim&Gym, LLC offers a limited number of summer registration slots. We emphasize the importance of commitment from families intending to enroll for the entire eleven-week summer program. Given the high demand for our services, it is imperative to note that full summer registrations are non-refundable once a spot has been secured. However, in cases of emergencies, we are committed to providing suitable solutions. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in ensuring a fair and efficient registration process for all families involved.
